The house is surrounded with a large sunny deck with large table, chairs and BBQ area plus caravan with sleeping for 3 on the side lawn of the house
The back of the house has a enclosed table and seating area perfect for children to play safely while you relax
The house is open plan down stairs with four bedrooms two upstairs and two downstairs.
The bathroom and separate toilet the bathroom is high spec modern tile with walk in double shower.
The water system is GAS providing instant hot water.
Flat screen TV, DVD and SKY available if you bring your own sky box and leads etc
The lounge is modernly simplistic with leather lounge suites.
A book case in the lounge is filled with books and games for rainy days.
There are two bedrooms upstairs with 2 queen beds, the beds are fitted with Wallace Cotton quality quilts and pillows all provided.

The beds have duvets and pillows provided but you are required to take your own sheets pillowcases and personal towels.
The house is completely fenced and has a large garden area
There is lots of outdoor games from 4 tennis rackets and balls as 100 mtrs from the tennis court, croquet, volleyball, petanque, balls and bats. Its all there to use.
A separate caravan outside with one queen and one single is available for 3 guests
Situated in Waimaire Avenue Matarangi just a short walk to Matarangi’s beautiful white sandy beach, there are nearby shops, and cafe’s and restaurant.
Matarangi Golf Course 5 mins away
During Christmas and New Year there is a 7 day booking requirement please
ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! The house has everything we needed. All the necessities for the kitchen and laundry, a lot of indoor and outdoor games for the kids, DVDs and Books. The house is warm, clean and also easy to clean up upon departure. Cannot wait to stay there again. I definitely recommend staying here. The owner was very helpful and kind (via phone) and it was a pleasure to stay here!! The family enjoyed their time and are already asking when are we going back!
Such a lovely place to stay! Had a great weekend with friends, the place is modern and gorgeous – close to the beach with a kayak, bikes and heaps of games to play! Would love to live here!

The bach had everything we needed, down to the bikes and kayaks….loved the double shower what a luxury, having a new a new 4 mth yr old in tow made bath time so easy, and great beanbags for baby to sit and view the trees and birds whilst listening to the ocean…bliss for everyone all round

For all bookings, JOHANS BEACH HOUSE requires a $300 bond.
Bookings will be confirmed by email on receipt of this payment.
Full payment of the rental amount is required FOUR weeks before your booking date.
Confirmation will be emailed with location of house key and any other additional information that you may require.
Payments are preferred by internet banking.
Paying by credit card is available on our website but there is a 4% credit card fee charged for every payment.
Failure to pay will entitle the property owner to cancel the booking and not refund the bond.
Bonds will be repaid within 7 days of departure by internet banking.
Bonds repaid into overseas accounts will not include bank transfer fees or credit card fees.
Entry to JOHANS BEACH HOUSE can be from 4pm and departing at 10am.– unless specifically pre approved and arranged by email
You will be asked and are expected to leave the house tidy on departure .
A cleaning service is included in the cost of your rental.
JOHANS BEACH HOUSE asks that you take your rubbish and recycling to the local recycle station on departure from the property.
We do not permit more than 11 guests specified on the booking enquiry to sleep at the property.
This is against fire regulations.
If this condition is broken, the owner has the right to an immediate eviction of tenants from the premises, with complete loss of rental and bond.
Where the property is not left secure or any damages made, the tenant agrees to pay for any costs to reinstate the property including any damage costs. Please note that guests are responsible for the cost of any repairs or replacements should any breakages occur during their stay..
JOHANS BEACH HOUSE supplies duvets and pillows but you are expected to take sheets pillowcases Towels T Towels dishcloth handtowels and bathmats
Cancellation is not permitted for bad weather. If for any reason you decide to cancel your booking your bond will be held. If all of your accommodation balance has been paid and we cannot replace your booking 50% of your booking cost will be held. JOHANS BEACH HOUSE has a NO SMOKING and NO PETS policy please.
